We only charge for our own services.

We have a Bulgarian general manager who coordinates all building services from complete renovation to the building of new projects.

We can advise you on the costs, the condition of the house and what kind of improvements can be done, and we can put you in contact with independent surveyors who have no vested interest in your property and so will listen carefully to your requirements and advise accordingly.
